Welcome to the WoodGreen Community Services Homeward Bound online application!

General Questions
Q1. Do I have to complete the entire application at once?
- Yes, the application does NOT have the ability to save your progress at each stage of the application and come back later. The application needs to be completed in full before submitting.
Q2. How long would it take to complete the application?
- It takes approximately 15-30 minutes to complete the application.
Q3. Is there anything I should prepare/ have with me as I apply online?
- Please read more about the Homeward Bound Program to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements and familiarize yourself about supports, program phases and college program choices offered through the Homeward Bound program.
- Obtain permission to use the name and contact information for one reference (professional who you are working with - counsellor, housing worker, employment counsellor, doctor, etc.). Referral form and reference letter are not required at the time of application. However, Homeward Bound may contact your referral person and request either a reference letter or a referral form to be completed.
- During the application you will be asked to provide the contact information of service providers/agencies you are working with, so have these ready.
- You will also be asked to answer a few short-answer questions regarding your motivation and objectives for the Homeward Bound program. Keep these things in mind as you fill out the application.
Q4. Can I make changes once I've submitted my application?
- No, you will not be able to make changes once you submit your application. Please make sure your application is complete and accurate when you submit it. However, if you need to correct any of the information, please contact us at homewardbound@woodgreen.org.
Q5. Would I be able to log in and have access to my application?
- Not available now, will implement and notify you via email when is ready to use.
Q6. When can I expect to hear back from you?
- Following receipt of your application, you will get an e-mail within 5 business days. If you have not heard back from us within 5 business days, feel free to contact us at homewardbound@woodgreen.org.
This application will be used to assess your eligibility for WoodGreen Community Services including Homeward Bound.
